Horse riding is a wonderful form of exercise, which stimulates the cardiovascular system as well as all the body system.

Horse riding is not just a past time for the fit, but a sport that can make you fit. Horse riding is a great fitness potion which can be both fun and challenging. And, This what DPS Gwalior is trying to give DIPSITES to give a boost to their confidence, fitness, mental and physical balance and co-ordination.

Riding is an aerobic exercise and develops muscular, cardiovascular and respiratory fitness.

We have a 100 mt. riding sink and two well maintained healthy horses who are taken care of by a separate coach on regular basis for day to day coaching.
