EXCURSION TO MANALI

 

ABOUT MANALI - About 1896 meter above the sea level Manali is 40kms away from Kullu towards north and situated near the end of the valley on the national highway leading to Leh. The landscape here is breath taking. One sees well defined snow capped peaks, river Beas with its clear water meanders through the town which originates from Beas kund at Rohtang pass. Manali is famous for its deodar forests, orchards, temples and its picturesque scenery. It is an excellent place for a holiday, a favorite resort for trekkers to Lahul, Spiti, Kinnur, Leh and Zanskar regions in Kashmir valley. It is known as the Switzerland of India. Manali is approximately 575kms (14 hours) from Delhi.

DAY 01-

Reporting at Gwalior Railway Station, Departure to Delhi by Train, Arrive Delhi & departure to Manali by coach, Overnight travel

 

 

DAY 02-

Arrive at Manali, Hotel check-in; Today explore the Manali town (Mall Road, Hadimba Temple and Old Manali), In the evening time at leisure, Overnight at Manali

 

 

DAY 03 -

Get ready for sightseeing to Rohtang Pass, & Experience Para Gliding, Drive back to Manali, Leisure time, Overnight stay at Manali

 

 

DAY 04 –

In Morning Hours try your hands in other Adventures Like Rappelling, Tyrolean Traverse, Jumaring Etc. and in the afternoon visit Vashist (Hot Water Spiring) Solang Nalah (a popular tourist attraction for nature and adventure lovers), Evening free on the Mall for Shopping, Overnight at Manali

 

 

DAY 05 -

Morning explore Naggar (Old Capital of Kullu) & Roriech Art Gallery, In the afternoon departure to Delhi, Overnight travel

 

 

DAY 06 –

Early in the morning arrival at Delhi & departure to Gwalior by train, Gwalior arrival

Please Note -

-     Kindly note that all personal items are to be carried at own risk. Girls are requested to keep their jewellery to bare minimum.

-     Kindly carry your belongings in a rucksack (a bag pack carried by strap on your back or shoulder) to make hassle free travel or to minimize the risk of loosing things (Avoid trolleys strictly as we need to walk about a kilometer to reach at the campsite)
