| All well known leaders imbibed the quality of leadership in their childhood. D.P.S. Gwalior aims at inculcating the seed of leadership in a child to develop into a tree which will serve humanity. Children from class VI onwards are appointed as leaders for performing various duties. They are groomed and trained to discharge their duties from time to time through meeting and counseling sessions to develop the element of responsibility children are given various duties right from class I. These responsibilities groom the children to become disciplined in life and enable them to distinguish right from wrong. |
